Speak with the NPC "Ghost of Adventurer". You can find it taking the noblesse gatekeeper to Imperial Tomb, then go straight and after the room with the Chests go on the left.
Once you got the quest, you can collect "Broken Relic Part" from mobs inside Imperial Tomb. Bring 1000 "Broken Relic Part" to the NPC "Ghost of Adventurer" to gain a random Recipe Weapon S-Grade 60%.
At the end of a "Four Sepulcher" you can trade 1000 "Broken Relic Part" for a Recipe Weapon S-Grade 60% at your choice.
