The quest is quite simple. Speak with Vulcan in Forge of the Gods Lower Level Noblesse spot to take the quest. Once you have the quest, you can collect "Torch" from the mobs in Forge of the Gods. Bring 1000 Torches to Vulcan to gain a random Recipe Weapon S 60%. Bring 1200 Torches to the NPC Rooney (which spawns randomly in Forge of the gods) to have a Recipe Weapon S 60% at your choice.
