1 Rage
2 Lionheart
3 Over The Body
4 Champions Favor
5 Activate War Frenzy/Vicious Stance/Fortitude Toggles
6 Engage the enemy with Fatal Strike/Crush of Doom/Armor Crush
7 Continue with AutoAttack and when ready reuse Crush of Doom
8 If you go under 30% use Guts -> Zealot -> BraveHeart -> Battle Roar
9 Continue spamming AutoAttack+Crush of Doom+Armor Crush

Care about the enemy behaviour and be ready to change your blunt with the bow if he runs away, once you're hitting with the bow, use the delay between one arrow and another to chase him.
