1. You neet to be level 78+
2. Take the "Bird in a Cage" quest
3. Go to Dark Cloud Mansion (DCM) (You need a party of 2 players) to get Contamined Crystal
4. When you get the crystal you can go inside the Crystal Caverns (That include 3 instances - Steam Corridor, Emerald Square and Coral Garden).
5. In order to enter inside you need to talk with Oracle Guide. It is located in the water under Parnassus.

6. Kill the 3 raids (Tears in Coral garden Kechi and Darnel inside Emerald Square/Steam Corridor)  by doing the instance 3 times. Each raid gives a different crystal (Clear = Tears / Kechi = Blue / Darnel = Red)
(Note: you can do this instance once a day)
If you did all correctly you should have these crystals:
Contamined Crystal -  From "Dark Cloud Mansion"
Clear Crystal - by killing "Tears" in "Coral Garden"
Blue Crystal - by killing "Kechi" in "Crystal Cavern/Steam Corridor"
Red Crystal - by killing "Darnel" in "Crystal Cavern/Steam Corridor"

7. Go under Parnassus again, speak with the Oracle and begin an Instance at your choice. When you will kill the Final raid (Tears or Kechi or Darnel), will spawn a Fountain that lasts 10 minutes, speak with the Fountain and select "Attack Baylor". If Baylor is already spawned you'll be teleported to him.

NOTE: Once you killed Baylor remember to destroy the chests to obtain rewards. After that talk with the npc to get teleported near Parme to complete the "Bird in a Cage" quest.
