Basically you need the Caravan Certificates to obtain the Hellbound Native's trust. Each level of your certificate (Basic - Standard - Premium) gives you nice benefits.

Basic Caravan Certificate

This certificate grants you the friendship with the caravans.
Give 20 Darion Badges to NPC Falk at the Hidden Oasis.

You can drop Darion Badges from: Arcane Guardian (81) - Arcane Scout (81) - Arcane Watchman (81) - Blind Huntsman (81) - Blind Watchman (81) - Junior Summoner (81) - Junior Watchman (81) - Darion's Enforcer (84) - Darion's Executioner (84)
Reward: Tailor Buron will now exchange 30 Darion Badges for each of Native Tunic, Native Pants and Native Helmet. If you wear the set you can transform to a native. You can find Buron in the buildings near the Hidden Oasis Lake, enter and go straight and turn on the right on the last room.

If Hellbound reaches level 1 Remnant Diabolist and Remnant Diviner will spawn at the Ancient Temple. These mobs are undead that cannot be killed regularly, but with using Holy Water on them once their HP low on 0. You can buy Holy Water for 5 Darion Badges from the NPC Bernard at the Hidden Oasis.

Standard Caravan Certificate

This certificate grants you a business relation with the caravans
Give 30 Mark of Betrayal and 60 Scorpion Poison Stingers to Hude at the Caravan Encampent to gain the certificate.

You can drop Mark of Betrayal from Wandering Caravan (81) in the Sand Swept Dunes and Scorpion Poison Stingers from Desert Scorpion (81) or Sand Scorpion (84).
Rewards: you can now purchase Caravaner's Remedy from Hude for 25000 adena each. This potion can cool down the Heat of the Desert that you suffer while being in Hellbound Island. This item cannot be traded or dropped and the effect last 60 minutes.

Premium Caravan Certificate

This certificate grants you a unique friendship with the caravans.
Purchase a Magical Bottle from Kief (Near Buron) at the Hidden oasis for 20 Scorpion Poison Stingers.
You must use this Magical Bottle on regular chimeras with less than 10% of their HP to collect Dim Life Force and Life Forces.
NOTE: Chimeras are located at the Battered Lands. To get access to that area Hellbound needs tobe levled in general to at least level 6.
Collect 56 (or 80) Life Force from regular chimeras and 14 (or 20) Contained Life Force from Celtus. The Celtus are powerful Chimeras that spawn every 2-4 hours at the Battered Lands.
NOTE: The number of Life Force and Contained Life Force that you must collect can change from each PTS or Retail.
Bring your collected Forces to Caravan Trader Hude at the Caravan Encampment to gain Premium Caravan Certificate.
Hude will now exchange Hidden First Pages, Hidden Second Pages and Demon Contracts into S80 Armor / Jewelry Reciepes and Materials.
